The Dowler Group has been engaged in real estate development, investment and construction for over forty years, with a storied family involvement in real estate that dates back to the eighteenth century. As a Madison based family business, we always strive to enhance our community by creating exceptional neighborhoods, by constructing quality commercial ventures, and by volunteering and participating in the betterment of Madison and the Shoreline. Locally, we have proudly developed and constructed several residential neighborhoods ranging from five to forty building lots, all based on the idea of stewardship for the land.

With an innovative eye we utilize sound development and construction principles to achieve recognized communities, characterized by value and the essence of neighborhood. The prominent America Planning Association textbook Rural by Design: Maintaining small Town Character, features our Madison community of Strathmore Farms as an exemplary development that "preserves open-space and fosters a stronger neighborhood atmosphere". Our award-winning neighborhood of The Highlands was honored as the "Best Cluster Community in Connecticut". Additionally The Dowler Group has been recognized nationally for one of our custom kitchens, for best New Commercial Construction, and for several commercial renovations. However, our proudest honor is in calling clients friends as well as neighbors.

We welcome the opportunity to continue past achievements as we undertake our newest venture- Highgate, a Madison neighborhood; The Mews of Madison, an in-town town home community and several fine commercial centers.
